A former team lead and productivity coach at Keller Williams Realty, Tocha now brings her passion for empowerment, systems and growth to every interaction at EXP Realty. Beyond real estate, she is energized by helping others reclaim purpose and potential—whether as a leader, mentor or community connector. With her new role on the Women’s Council leadership team, Tocha looks forward to amplifying the voices of local women in real estate, elevating engagement and fostering meaningful connection across the region.
