About Me

Triska Henry-Byrd is a multifaceted Commercial REALTOR® and business strategist with over a decade of experience guiding business owners, investors, and developers through complex commercial real estate transactions. With a unique background that bridges real estate, workforce development, and ADA compliance, she offers a holistic, results-driven approach to helping clients grow, scale, and succeed.



As the founder of T H Byrd Enterprises, Triska leads initiatives that combine commercial real estate expertise with advisory services in vocational strategy, accessibility planning, and operational growth—especially for businesses navigating expansion in secondary and emerging markets.



She holds a Master of Science degree and multiple credentials, including Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified ADA Administrator, and Lean Six Sigma. These qualifications, paired with her deep understanding of inclusive business practices, position her as a trusted advisor and advocate for sustainable development.



Triska proudly serves as Board Director for the Cobb Association of REALTORS® and Events Director for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Cobb Network. In both roles, she fosters collaboration, professional advancement, and community-centered leadership.
