About Me

Victor Reyes is a Bay Area Realtor dedicated to helping individuals and families pursue homeownership with clarity, confidence, and strong advocacy. His approach to real estate is deeply personal and shaped by his family’s experience losing their home during the 2009 recession.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Victor immigrated to the United States with his family at the age of five and grew up in Richmond, California. In 2006, his family purchased a home in Hercules, but just a few years later they lost it during the recession. As immigrants and primary Spanish speakers, his parents were navigating a complicated system without the guidance they needed.

That experience stayed with him.

Victor entered the real estate industry in 2015 as a transaction coordinator and broker’s assistant at a boutique brokerage in Lafayette, California. Working behind the scenes on transactions, he saw firsthand how homeownership can create financial stability and opportunity as families build equity and grow their investments.

Today, Victor approaches real estate with a clear purpose: to educate, advocate, and guide his clients so they can make confident decisions about one of the most important financial investments of their lives.

Known for his patience, responsiveness, and ability to break down complex information, Victor ensures his clients understand both the real estate process and the financial aspects of homeownership, from mortgage structure to supplemental property taxes and long term ownership costs.

Victor works with buyers and sellers across the Bay Area and is especially passionate about helping first time homebuyers, immigrant families, and clients who may feel intimidated by the process.

Beyond his work with clients, Victor is deeply involved in leadership within the real estate industry. He serves as the 2026 Diversity Vice Chair for the California Association of Realtors, sits on the Board of Directors for the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, and is the Founding President of the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates (NHORA) East Bay Chapter. He previously served as President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) East Bay Chapter.

Through these roles, Victor works to ensure that conversations about housing access and policy include the voices of the communities he represents. His goal is to help strengthen pathways to homeownership and expand opportunities for future generations.
