About Me

Wendy is a multi-state real estate professional and Satellite Office Manager, as well as a recipient of the Realtors Alliance of Greater Cincinnati Circle of Excellence from 2017 through 2024 and the Ohio Realtors President's Sales Club Award of Distinction from 2021 through 2025. She is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors, an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and holds certifications in At Home with Diversity, DE&I, and Commitment to Excellence.

Originally from the Cincinnati/Dayton area, Wendy has owned homes in Butler, Hamilton, and Warren Counties. She holds a degree in Managerial Accounting and has owned and successfully operated a small local business.

In her real estate practice, Wendy is known for her attentive customer service, flexible availability, skilled negotiations with her clients’ best interests at heart, and strong attention to detail. She understands what it takes to communicate effectively and to successfully close a transaction, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents alike. With a strong belief that it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process, Wendy ensures her clients feel confident, informed, and empowered to make sound real estate decisions.

When she is not negotiating a real estate transaction, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband of 26 years and her two dogs.
