Women’s Impact at Fairway

At Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, we know that everyone thrives in a more diverse work environment. We are proud to be an organization that supports our female workforce. As of January 2024, 60% of Fairway employees are female and 62% of Fairway’s leaders at the executive, AVP, VP and SVP level are female.

Fairway’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) efforts have aimed to build a diverse, inclusive and equitable work culture. We’re dedicated to providing women with the platform they need, not only to grow into leadership roles, but to thrive in them.

We’re proud to be a place where women are represented and can truly shine. In June 2022, Fairway launched the Women’s Empowerment group. This group was created as a support group to contribute ideas on building a more inclusive workplace and community for women. Members of this group come together several times a year to participate in the Women’s Summit. These events promote a community of togetherness where women from across the nation build each other up!

In addition to the Women’s Summit, Fairway also founded the Women’s Safety Initiative in 2023 to promote workplace safety by creating safety kits and encouraging employees to share tips and resources that promote safety amongst our network of women.

Fairway’s efforts to shine a light on women in the workplace have not gone unnoticed. Fairway is proud to have won several industry awards that showcase our commitment, including being named:
