National President Update | First Quarter 2026

Leaders and Members,

As we close out the first quarter of 2026, I am filled with gratitude and excitement for the momentum we are building together. This has been a strong and purposeful start to the year, focused on action, alignment, and strengthening the future of Women’s Council.

One of our most significant accomplishments this quarter was the approval of our 2026–2028 Strategic Plan. This plan reflects thoughtful collaboration and delivers clear, actionable priorities that will guide us forward and support our leaders at every level. You can look forward to more details on the Strategic Plan later this Spring.

We have also taken meaningful steps to strengthen our leadership foundation by:

• Enhancing our Consent to Serve
• Updating our Code of Conduct
• Introducing a new Annual Leadership Commitment Letter

These updates reinforce our commitment to professionalism, accountability, and a strong, member-focused culture.

In addition, we proudly welcomed our 2026 National Committee members, whose leadership will help bring this important work to life.

Achieving Excellence: Supporting You All Year Long

Our Achieving Excellence – Network 360 Series continues to serve as a powerful extension of Network 360 Leadership Conference, with our amazing instructors equipping leaders with tools, strategies, and inspiration each month throughout the year.

These previous sessions included:

• The Power of Events – Building momentum through strategic events
• The Power of Membership – Growing and celebrating a strong network
• The Power of Governance – Leading with professionalism and trust
• The Power of the Member – Embracing members-first leadership
• The Power of YOU – Leading with purpose and impact

Looking Ahead

We currently have three Presidential Task Forces underway, focused on strengthening leadership alignment, tools, and processes. We are also preparing for Summer Planning with the Executive Committee, where we will continue advancing our strategic priorities and ensuring strong execution.
