Stronger Together: A Farewell Message from Tammy Noll-Adams

As I come to the close of my presidency with the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, I am filled with gratitude, pride, and a deep sense of purpose. This journey has been about more than a title—it has been about people, relationships, and the power of coming together.

Over the past year, I have had the privilege of traveling across our nation, visiting local and state networks. I’ve seen Georgia, Florida, California, Arizona, Idaho, Missouri, Minnesota, Nevada, Wisconsin, Delaware, Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Colorado, Texas, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Washington – and some of these states 2 to 3 times. I made a commitment to the members when I started this journey. I wanted to see and hear your stories, to witness the boots on the ground that help make Women’s Council the extraordinary organization that we are. I witnessed firsthand the heart, passion, and commitment that fuel our Council. Each visit reminded me that, no matter where we are, our mission remains the same: to build leaders, to support one another, and to create a lasting impact in the real estate industry and beyond.

This presidency also gave me the honor of taking our message to the global stage. I had the opportunity to represent Women’s Council internationally in Dubai, the Dominican Republic, Spain, and Mexico. We signed an MOU with Mexico AMPI. In every country, I met extraordinary leaders who share our vision and welcomed us with open arms. These experiences affirmed that our values are universal—leadership, collaboration, and empowerment transcend borders.

Through it all, one truth has been constant: we are truly stronger together. Whether at home or abroad, the Women’s Council of REALTORS® has shown that when we unite, we elevate not only each other but the entire profession.

To every member, every leader, every partner, and every friend I’ve met along the way—thank you. Your energy, your kindness, and your dedication made this year unforgettable. The Women’s Council is in strong hands, and I know the future is bright.

As I pass the torch, I do so with immense gratitude and unwavering faith in all of you. Together, we will continue to rise, to lead, and to make a difference.
