If you have been meaning to earn your Performance Management Network (PMN) designation, there has never been a faster path than right now. During the promotion, we’re waiving the designation’s track requirement, so the biggest time commitment standing between you and those three letters after your name is off the table.

What is the PMN designation?
The PMN is Women’s Council of REALTORS’ business leadership designation for real estate professionals. It pairs practical training with membership in a nationwide network of high-performing agents. PMN courses cover leadership, negotiation, networking, and business planning, all aimed at keeping your business competitive whatever the market does.
To apply, you must be a REALTOR, REALTOR-Associate, or Association Executive and a Women’s Council National member in good standing. Normally, earning the designation takes three steps: apply, complete at least three PMN courses, and then finish one of two tracks, either the Business Referrals Track or the Business Leadership Track (requirements).
During the PMN Leadership Express, the track requirement is waived. You skip documenting referral transactions or leadership activities and focus on the application and your coursework.

How to get started before November 4
Log in and apply.Log in to your Women’s Council member profile, choose “Apply for an Additional Membership,” and add PMN Member to your cart.
Complete your courses. Take at least three courses (or approved online education) from the PMN curriculum. Check the course calendar for details.
Celebrate in New Orleans. Register for the National Conference to be recognized at the PMN reception.
