Women’s Council of REALTORS® Honored on the Global Stage – IPS Dubai

Just landed back in Miami from Dubai — and what an unforgettable journey it has been!

As the 2025 National President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, it was an incredible honor to represent our organization at the International Property Show (IPS). I had the privilege of participating in several powerful panel discussions alongside global leaders, where I shared the mission, vision, and impact of Women’s Council — a network that continues to lead the way in developing women leaders in real estate.

The energy at the conference was inspiring. Our presence, led by the dynamic Miami-Dade Network, made a lasting impression. From a bustling educational booth to engaging conversations about community leadership, our members showed up with passion, purpose, and pride. Throughout the event, they offered valuable insight into their states and markets, educating and connecting with professionals from around the world.

One of the most powerful highlights was witnessing the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Miami-Dade Network sign a Memorandum of Understanding with IPS Global — a landmark moment that symbolizes our growing international reach and shared commitment to empowerment.

To top it all off, Women’s Council was honored with a special award from the IPS Global organization in recognition of our leadership, impact, and dedication to advancing women in real estate.

To stand in solidarity with women from across the globe — and to be recognized for the work we do — was a moment I will never forget.

This is just the beginning.

We are a global force, united in mission, and ready to lead the future of real estate — together.
