Persistence:   Don’t give up before the miracle!   Perseverance is failing 19 times and succeeding the 20th. ~ Julie Andrews.  It is easier to give up then to keep going, so your Women’s Council wants to help you to “keep on, keeping on”.

We kicked off our year of education programs by audience participation to find a 2016 business challenges that impedes your success-starring ‘”you” our members! Our February program “Success, The Internet & You!” featured Charley Caldwell II, who gave us a plethora of ideas to jump start your online social media business!  Our March program,” International Buyers” presented by Suzanne Sherer, directed your attention to the untapped market of business globally and provided ideas about how to conduct business with foreign nationals. 

Your line officers, committee chairs and committee members want to help you fulfill your 2016 expectations and goals.  To do this we will focus on Women’s Council three main fundamentals.

  1. Education.  Our programs will be designed to provide you with nuggets of information to take into your business and personal lives. 

  2.  Networking- Meet new friends and resources for your business, as well as your personal life.   You will come to realize that you can rely on these “experts” in their professional fields and know them as a trusted source of information.  Women’s Council do not believe your peers are in competition with you.  Each of us has a diverse expertise in a portion of the real estate industry and are eager to assist you in any way possible.  As I am fond of saying “there is plenty of work out there for everyone”.

  3.  Referrals- whether it is local, state or national, you will have the resources to find that “perfect” Realtor or business source for your valuable customers.   In addition, you will find that your transaction always goes smoother when you know the other agent across from you because you met them in Women’s Council!
