Charlene Kulman
Charlene began her career in real estate as an office assistant for a management company on the South Side of Chicago, working in many different capacities within the real estate field. This ranged from being a property manager, leasing agent, and office manager.. Through her diverse experience, this has given Charlene a well rounded perspective and thorough insight when it comes to assisting her client’s real estate needs. Charlene’s business and core values are built on Dedication, Communication, Determination, and Trust. Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, Charlene is determined to make it happen for her clients!
