Women’s Council NWI — 2026 is here, and we are moving with intention.

As your 2026 President, I am proud to lead alongside a committed Governing Board under our culture theme: Symphony of Leadership — because real impact happens when we move in alignment, not in silos.

Our vision is clear:
To be the premier source and standard for personal and professional development and inclusion of leaders in our industry and beyond.

This year, we are focused on three commitments:

Exceptional — Raising the standard in everything we do.
Clarity — Transparent leadership and structured execution.
Purposeful — Intentional impact that strengthens members and community.

Our goals include launching a Legacy Fund with a scholarship for a new licensee, rebranding WCR NWI as a trusted civic partner, and deepening both inreach and outreach to expand our influence.
