Welcome to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Shreveport-Bossier!

It is truly an honor to serve as your President, and I am so excited about the year ahead. Women’s Council has played a meaningful role in my own leadership journey, and I am grateful for the opportunity to give back to an organization that continues to empower, educate, and connect REALTORS® and industry partners in such impactful ways.

Our theme for this year is Building Community Through Knowledge and Connection — and it perfectly reflects the heart of Women’s Council. We believe that when we come together to learn, share experiences, and build genuine relationships, we all grow stronger both personally and professionally. Knowledge gives us confidence. Connection gives us community. Together, they create opportunity.

This year, you can look forward to engaging, relevant education designed to help you grow your business, expand your leadership skills, and stay ahead in an ever-changing industry. We are also excited to offer intentional networking opportunities that foster meaningful relationships, as well as our much-loved fundraising events that allow us to give back while having fun together.

None of this would be possible without our incredible volunteers, governing board, members, and strategic partners who pour their time, talents, and support into this network. Your commitment is what makes Women’s Council such a powerful and welcoming community.
