Welcome, and thank you for visiting the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Space Coast. I am April Burson your 2026 President and I am proud to welcome you to a network built on strength, leadership, and meaningful connection.

We stand on a solid foundation laid by the presidents and leaders who came before us. Through their vision and dedication, our network has continued to grow stronger each year. I have had the privilege of observing, learning, and allowing myself to be led by remarkable women—and through that collective leadership, we continue to evolve. With every passing year and every passing president, we grow, we learn, and we lead better than before.

At our core, Women’s Council of REALTORS® Space Coast is a community that nurtures relationships, cultivates opportunity, and develops leaders who help shape both our industry and our community. We are passionate advocates for women in real estate, committed to providing the tools, education, and support needed to succeed—not just professionally, but personally as well.

This year, I sat down with my board to discuss how we could pursue bold, ambitious goals without sacrificing family, business, or balance. In that moment, I said something that has since become our mindset moving forward:
“If you can’t, WE WILL.”

Because this journey is not meant to be walked alone. Together, we rise. Together, we grow. Together, we leave our network even better than how we inherited it.
