Greetings from the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Coastal SC Network, proudly serving Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley counties in South Carolina.

We are a growing and engaged network of REALTORS®, committed to developing leaders within our industry and our communities.

This year, our focus centers around:

The Power of YOU…

Because leadership does not always begin with confidence.  It often begins with willingness…a quiet sense that there is more to give, even before we feel fully ready.

As a network, we are intentionally creating opportunities that help transform that willingness into growth. Our priority this year is leadership development through support, access, and engagement.

To strengthen that effort, we have launched:

• A Mentorship Program
Designed to connect members with guidance, encouragement, and shared experience as they explore leadership and professional growth.

• A New Member Assistance Scholarship
Providing financial support for those who may wish to engage more deeply in Women’s Council but are navigating personal or professional circumstances that create barriers to participation.

• A Leadership Participation Scholarship
Awarded to members who actively contribute through committees, programs, and partnerships. This scholarship helps offset attendance costs for the Women’s Council Annual Conference in November — ensuring leadership development remains accessible and attainable.

Together, these initiatives are intended to open doors, especially for those who may not yet realize the opportunities available to them.  Within Women’s Council, we believe leadership grows best in an environment where initiative is encouraged and support is present.

Our role is not to determine readiness. It is to cultivate potential. Through mentorship, collaboration, and intentional pathways, we are focused on helping members grow in ways that strengthen both their careers and their impact within the industry.

This year is about recognizing that leadership doesn’t begin when everything feels certain – it begins when someone chooses to step forward.  And when that step is supported, guided, and encouraged…

Growth follows.

And when individuals grow, our network grows.

And when our network grows, the impact extends far beyond our membership…It extends into our profession and our communities.

That is the power of investing in leadership.
