I am so incredibly honored to serve as your President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® NOVA Metro. As I step into this role, I’m reflecting on what makes this network so special. To me, it’s more than just a professional organization—it’s a place where we lift each other up, share our wins, and navigate the challenges of our industry together.

My name is Cheantae Lewis, and my goal this year is to make sure every single one of you feels seen, heard, and supported. Whether you’ve been a member for a decade or are just considering joining us for your first event, please know that there is a seat at the table for you here.
