A MESSAGE FROM YOUR 2026 PRESIDENT
When I walked into my first Women’s Council of Realtors meeting in 2019, I had no idea that room would change everything for me. I was nervous, uncertain, and searching for something I couldn’t quite name yet. What I found was a community that taught me how to lead with purpose, build with intention, and show up authentically for others.
That’s the power of WCR when it’s done right. And that’s exactly what we’re building in 2026.
I’m honored to serve as your President this year, leading alongside a fresh board of incredible women who have servant hearts and a fierce commitment to making 2026 unforgettable. Together, we’re creating programming designed with real intention. Quarterly leadership development, educational workshops, our Pumps & Politics panel with female political leaders, our Murder Mystery Poker Run fundraiser, and our reimagined Industry Excellence Awards that we will be partnering with our local Realtor Association on. Everything we do this year serves one purpose: developing authentic leaders and forging genuine connections that move our industry and community forward.
We’re launching a transformational 4-Track Leadership Development Program designed by internationally recognized strategist and TEDx speaker Morgan Massie—FREE for our members. We’re creating events that serve new agents finding their footing, experienced professionals leveling up, and retiring Realtors transitioning with purpose. We’re building partnerships with transparency, consistent communication, and a relentless focus on delivering real value.
This is our legacy year.
