I am an independent California Real Estate & Mortgage Broker with more than 43 years of experience in the legal, real estate, and mortgage industries. I specialize in probate and trust transactions, military relocation, senior housing, first-time homebuyers, foreclosure and REO properties, and creative financing solutions. A past President of Women's Council of REALTORS® Sacramento and two-term California District Vice President, I remain active in leadership and professional advocacy through local, state and national REALTOR® organizations. I am the author of multiple books focused on real estate, homeownership, probate, consumer education and leadership, and I have earned numerous professional designations and certifications.
