About Me

I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker licensed in Puerto Rico with more than 30 years of experience representing national and local clients in commercial sales, leasing, and site selection. My career began working for a Fortune 100 company, where I managed site selection projects across 14 countries, gaining extensive international business and market experience early in her career.
Throughout the years, I have successfully advised Fortune 100 companies, local developers, retailers, and business owners on strategic real estate opportunities across Puerto Rico. My expertise includes commercial acquisitions, tenant and landlord representation, retail and office leasing, and identifying high-value locations for expanding businesses.
Known for my professionalism, strong negotiation skills, and in-depth market knowledge, I have built a reputation for delivering results while maintaining long-term client relationships. My business has grown primarily through referrals, trust, and decades of successful transactions rather than social media or online marketing.
With a strong academic foundation and a career built on experience, integrity, and performance, I continue to provide personalized service and trusted guidance to clients seeking commercial real estate solutions throughout Puerto Rico.  Additionally I am a member of the Women's Councel of Realtors (WCR)  and the President of the Commercial Committee.  I hold a PRN designation from the WCR.
