Licenced since 2015, Holly brings education, experience and expertise to her clients. As the former Real Estate Editor and Special Projects editor, she covered business, education and lifestyles for all of Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe -- giving her an area knowledge few can match. She is annually recognized as a top-producer at Chase International, and was the Nevada CRS of the Year 2024 by the Residential Real Estate Council. She also earned her CHLMS and ABR designations. Holly moved to Reno from the east coast, so relates well to those relocating. As an active community member she has served on the board of the Nevada Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NCET) and worked on projects with the Economic Development Authority of Northern Nevada (EDAWN).
