I am a full-time Realtor in the top 5% of the Triad market (Greensboro, North Carolina and surrounding area). I work evenly with buyers and sellers and will take excellent care of your referrals, keeping you updated as much (or as little) as you like. I educate my clients about the process of buying and selling, through comprehensive consultation as the first step. I also gladly answer questions throughout the process.

If you want an advocate who knows how to utilize the North Carolina purchase contract to its best advantage, I am the one for you. My professionalism and relationships with local agents help my clients’ offers stand out in this dynamic market. I have strong relationships with all service-providers needed to make transactions successful and share my staging expertise with seller clients, saving them the expense of hiring an outside vendor.

I attended New Garden Friends School in Greensboro, graduated with honors from the University of Virginia and spent 20 years working as a police detective in Phoenix, Arizona. I put my decades of negotiation, strategic thinking and investigative skills to work for my clients. I am a ravenous consumer of real estate data, using absorption rate, price adjustments, economic indicators and demographic changes to inform the advice I share with clients.

In my time away from work, I love spending time in the NC mountains, traveling internationally, watching my kids play soccer and basketball, riding horses, fostering for the Guilford County Animal Shelter, trying new restaurants, attending film festivals, drinking French-press coffee and red wine.
