Kim Moody | REALTOR® | Broker

Kim Moody has been proudly married to her husband, Tim, for 24 years. Together they have raised three sons and are now blessed with seven wonderful grandchildren. Family is the foundation of Kim’s life, and when she’s not working, she enjoys supporting her husband and grandsons at the baseball field and spending quality time with those she loves most.

With a deep passion for real estate, Kim is dedicated to helping clients through some of life’s most important transitions — whether purchasing their perfect home or selling a property to begin a new season. She believes real estate is built on relationships, trust, and serving others with integrity and care.

Kim is deeply committed to giving back to her community and the profession she loves. She proudly serves as Treasurer for Queens with Dreams, a philanthropic organization focused on giving back and uplifting others through community outreach and service.

She is also passionate about leadership and professional development through the Women’s Council of Realtors, where she served as 2024 President and is currently beginning her second year as Treasurer. Kim believes strongly in empowering women in leadership and helping others grow personally and professionally.

In addition, Kim remains actively involved with the Mobile Area Association of Realtors, serving on several committees and currently holding the role of 2026 Secretary.


In recognition of her dedication and service, Kim was honored as the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year, an award chosen by her peers and based on her continued efforts to serve clients with excellence while supporting and mentoring fellow REALTORS®.
