About Me

Kitty Cheney has been a powerhouse in the real estate industry for the last fifteen years. She is passionate about educating her clients through every step of buying or selling a home, so they feel confident, comfortable and cared for. Because of a unique and proven process Kitty has designed for her clients, they’re able to make buying and selling decisions easier and faster, with no guesswork or anxiety involved. In fact, most clients find their dream home within two visits!

Working in partnership with her husband Mark, an experienced Property Manager, they are able to serve their clients in achieving their investment goals as well.

As a natural connector, Kitty was the Local Network President of the Women's Council of Realtors-Utah County for 2021, Events Director for Women's Council of Realtors-SLC, has served as Treasurer for the Utah State Network, and is now serving as the Utah State Liaison. Kitty is passionate about getting your needs met; and if she isn’t the perfect fit, she’ll find someone in the industry who is!
