About Me

Liz and Kelsie are dynamic, enthusiastic, and enjoyable to work with. While some may refer to
us as Real Estate Agents, we proudly consider ourselves Real Estate Consultants. We evaluate and offer our professional opinion and structure a personal plan for you. Our primary objective is to deliver results! We see it as our duty to serve as your trusted advisor, ensuring discretion,
and confidentiality throughout the process. We are dedicated to guiding you seamlessly through your journey, while assisting with everything from packing and landscaping to organizing estate sales.
Allow us to share a bit about our backgrounds. My journey in Real Estate began in 1984 when I started answering phones and compiling reports for agents. Eventually, in 1987, I obtained my license as a REALTOR® while residing in Alexandria, Virginia. As life evolved and my children required my attention outside of school hours, I recognized the need for a career with standard working hours as a single mother. After years of hard work and education, I earned a degree in Computer Networking and progressed from Computer Tech to Senior Management. My time in the Air Force provided me with invaluable experiences that will forever be cherished.
In 2004, my passion for real estate rekindled, prompting me to establish my own business.
Over the past 18 years, I have navigated the ever-changing real estate market, acquiring
expertise in various areas of the industry, including residential sales, short sales, auctions, 1031 exchanges, and creative financing. In 2012, I received an invitation to join The Villages Sales Team, where I had the opportunity to showcase retired individuals an exciting and fulfilling "lifestyle." During my time there, I achieved significant success, earning the title of "Rookie of
the Year" in 2013 and subsequently becoming one of their top sales representatives.
Kelsie possesses a strong foundation in connecting with people, cultivated during her years in the hospitality industry at the renowned Four Seasons Hotel, known for its impeccable 5-star service and luxurious standards. Raised in Annapolis Maryland, Kelsie moved to Florida five years ago and took on real estate by storm. Closing out her first year with over 5 million dollars in sales, which has continuously grown each year. Her unwavering dedication to her clients is evident through her hard work and countless successful transactions. Kelsie’s personal joy is spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and reading by the lake.
While we cover the entire Lake and Sumter County region in central Florida, we have developed a specialized understanding of The Villages. This distinctive 55+ retirement community, often referred to as "The Disneyland for the Retired," boasts golf cart accessibility, an abundance of activities, and top-notch golf courses. Our profound familiarity with this community enables us to offer tailored expertise to those seeking a rewarding retirement lifestyle. Our service extends
well beyond the closing date. With our warm and personable approach, we often forge lasting relationships with our clients. Our commitment to our clients' happiness extends long after the transaction is complete.
Beyond our real estate endeavors, Kelsie and I are passionate about giving back to our community. We dedicate our time to "Puppies in Flight," our non-profit foundation that assists dogs from Alabama and Georgia who are at risk of being euthanized. With our own cherished dogs, Roxy and Rue, we recognize the importance of enhancing their well-being.
