About Me

A REALTOR since 2004 specializing in residential real estate in Colorado Springs and all of El Paso County, my guiding principle has always been, "What's important to you is important to me." Understanding my client's needs and wants through a consultative approach, and then working diligently to help them accomplish their goals is my primary focus.

As the Employing Broker/Owner of Red Bow Realty, I encourage company agents to be excellent stewards of our industry, make education a priority, and always put the client first. I am proud to be a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), which has me armed and dangerous when it comes to getting what my clients want while always striving for a win-win outcome. I'm also a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the National Association of REALTORS , so I am uniquely qualified to understand how to price your home as well as how to advise you on the best amount to offer on a purchase. I am also a Real Estate Divorce Specialist, have earned my Performance Management Network (PMN) designation through the Women's Council of REALTORS, and have not only earned the At Home With Diversity certification, I teach it.

I am Past President of the Colorado Network of Women's Council of REALTORS and Pikes Peak Network, a Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS REALTOR Services Corp (RSC) Director and the owner of Liz Bowen Coaching. I greatly enjoy teaching real estate courses for my peers as well as real estate pre-licensing for Real Estate College of Colorado.
