About Me

Lori has been a dedicated advocate and leader in the real estate industry for over 20 years. She is passionate about reforming the industry's image and elevating the level of professionalism with which brokerages operate.

She is the Founder of Namazi Real Estate Resources, a boutique consulting firm that provides operations and risk management advisement and business coaching to independent brokers across the country.

She also founded a boutique brokerage in Orange County and worked for 2 national franchise brands as part of the management team.

She currently is a partner and the Director of Real Estate Operations at The Real Estate Solution in southern California.

She was the 2021 Orange County REALTORS® President with over 15,000 members; is both a California and National Association of REALTORS® Director; was on the 2024 Executive Committee at the California Association of Realtors; and was a co-founder of the wildly popular Nerdy Real Estate Resources Facebook group and Deliberately Fair Housing group, whose purposes are to deliver education and open conversations among other real estate professionals.
