About Me

Michelle Hybner is in her 19th year as a licensed Realtor® in Maryland and considers real estate more of a passion than a career. Michelle is committed to being an active listener to her client's needs and provides helpful resources following settlement. In addition, she takes pride in building relationships with co-agents and finds these relationships crucial in guiding a well negotiated contract to settlement. Her diligence has earned her the title of Baltimore Magazine’s Best Agent, designating her as one of the top 4% of Realtors in the Baltimore Region. Most recently she was nominated as Howard County Association of Realtors, (HCAR) Realtor® of the Year as well as the recipient of the Illene Kessler Spirit Award and was awarded the David E. Maclin Humanitarian Award through Maryland Realtors® Leadership Academy

Michelle and her husband Brett are Anne Arundel County residents, recently relocating after nearly 20 years in Howard County. Flexibility within her career has allowed her to assist clients while watching her two children stay active in sports and activities throughout the years. Her son obtained his Masters Degree from Salisbury University in 2023 and works for Talbot County. Her daughter is following along in her brother’s footsteps and is also an “SU Gull” taking on leadership roles within her Sorority at SU.

November, 2025 completed Michelle’s second term as President of Women’s Council of Realtors®, Howard County and has since advanced to the State Network where she will take on the First VP Role for 2025. She has successfully completed the very competitive Leadership Academy course through Maryland Realtors® while running a very successful real estate business and fighting breast cancer through chemo treatments. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys traveling and playing golf. Being a source of community and real estate resources for clients fuels Michelle’s passion for her career which is evident by the amount of clients who contact her for multiple transactions and referrals. Like her family; she wants you to “Love Where you Live!”
