Recipient of Long Island Board of REALTORS 1990 REALTOR Associate of the Year, Douglas Elliman's Chairman Circle Gold, President's Circle, Leading Edge & Honor Society.
Patricia has been appointed 2023 Member of the National Association of REALTORS Certified International Property Specialist Advisory Council, and Federal Political Coordinated for a member of US Congress. She is a member of the NY State Association of REALTORS Board of Directors, Co-op Issues Working Group, 2026 Co-Chair Global Resort Second Home Markets, Communications, Marketing & Tech & Legislative Forums. She serves on the Long Island Board of REALTORS (LIBOR) Global Business Committee (Chair 2024) & Government Affairs Committee. She previously held various BOD /officer positions in WCR, LIBOR Nassau North Shore Chapter.
Ms. Erker earned a B.S. from Long Island University-CW POST in Business Administration & Graduate credits at Adelphi University.
Her previous business experience was with a group of SPORTING PUBLICATIONS covering Thoroughbred Racing, Harness Racing, College & Pro Football, College & Pro Basketball, Major League Baseball and Hockey from 1973 to 1986. She has been a partner in successful Thoroughbred and Harness Racing ownership & breeding partnerships.
