About Me

Esther Wheeler, better known by her nickname, “Sunny”, is an Orange County, CA native. She loves OC and can’t imagine living anywhere else! Where else can you get beautiful weather 360 days of the year? Not too many places! In fact, Sunny likes to mention the climate every time she introduces herself. She always says she is “Sunny like the weather!”
Sunny is the owner/founder of Sunshine Homes Real Estate Services which is brokered by HomeSmart, Evergreen Realty in Mission Viejo. She’s a full-time Realtor and loves playing matchmaker by helping buyers find their perfect home. Sunny also loves working with sellers and helping them onto the next step in their journey whether it be downsizing or moving out of state. She’s even worked with grown kids whose parents’ homes go into probate or have reverse mortgages.
