Tara O’Neil is the Broker and Founder of RoSt Realty LLC, a boutique real estate residential, commercial and advisory firm based in Queen Creek, Arizona. With over 20 years of experience in both real estate and information technology, Tara blends data-driven strategy with genuine care to deliver a first-class experience for every client.

Tara proudly serves professional women, veterans, first-time homebuyers, luxury clients, and working-class families across the East Valley and Greater Phoenix area. Her mission is simple: to make buying, selling, or investing in real estate both profitable and purposeful.
