About Me

Hello, I'm Tarea Washington, Associate Broker with United Real Estate Richmond. I believe leadership is about serving others, creating opportunities, and leaving every person better than you found them. That's the approach I bring to my clients, my colleagues, and my community every day.

I'm passionate about helping individuals and families achieve homeownership through education, guidance, and advocacy. As a Virginia Housing Qualified Trainer, I enjoy teaching homebuyer education classes, hosting community workshops, and helping people understand the path to building generational wealth through real estate. I also mentor and support fellow real estate professionals because I believe that when we invest in one another, our entire industry grows stronger.

Community service has always been at the heart of what I do. Whether I'm participating in local events, partnering with community organizations, or volunteering my time and knowledge, I strive to make a meaningful difference beyond the transaction.
