Tracy Duncan is a principled real estate leader whose business is built on service, integrity, and humility. A certified Global Luxury Specialist, Tracy serves buyers and sellers throughout metropolitan Phoenix, with the privilege of working primarily by referral.
Before launching her real estate career in 2014, Tracy enjoyed a career as a Human Resources professional. She later led a team of 30+ independent contractors in the Direct Sales industry. Always striving to grow, she earned her broker’s license in 2018 and has continued to sharpen her skills and leadership through the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. In 2018, she served as President of the Phoenix network and held multiple state leadership roles before being selected to the prestigious National Leadership Institute in 2022, where she collaborated with and trained REALTORS® nationwide.
Tracy is a savvy negotiator and astute at transaction management. Her skills are unmatched when brokering deals for clients who are out of state or country. One client said it best: “Knowing that Tracy was managing the sale of my Arizona home, allowed me to focus on selling my California business.”

On a Personal Note:
Tracy and her husband of 30+ years have two sons. She mentors teen girls through her church’s Student Ministry and leads a weekly Women’s Bible study group. In her free time, she loves playing golf and pickleball with friends.
