About Me

Trecia Cooke is a Real Estate Broker Associate at EXIT Lone Star Realty and a recognized leader in Houston's real estate and communications scene. She has been a licensed Realtor® since 2008 and a Broker since 2012. Trecia brings strong industry knowledge and a modern approach to technology, marketing, and working with clients. Over the years, she has trained hundreds of real estate professionals in five offices, helping them improve digital marketing, SEO, branding, and business tools to boost both agent performance and client satisfaction.

Trecia's leadership extends well beyond brokerage. She currently serves as the 2026 Chair of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) Communications Advisory Board, where she is dedicated to strengthening consumer awareness, elevating Realtor value, and shaping multi-channel messaging strategies that reflect the modern real estate landscape.

She has a long and respected history of industry service, including roles within the Women's Council of Realtors, the HAR/GHBA Advisory & Liaison Task Force, the Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, and the HAR Professional Development Advisory Group. As a graduate of the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program, she is committed to service-driven leadership, ethical standards, and the advancement of real estate professionalism statewide.

Before entering real estate full-time, Trecia built an impressive cross-disciplinary background in sales, banking, education, accounting, and technology training, including serving as a TREC-certified instructor for Fidelity National Title Group. This diverse foundation gives her a unique, people-centered approach to client service and organizational communication.

She is currently completing her B.A. in Digital Media & Professional Communication at Texas Tech University, blending strategic communication, digital storytelling, and marketing; skills she applies directly to her real estate business, leadership roles, and community work.

A dedicated community leader, Trecia has served organizations including the Texas Tech Parent Association, Junior Achievement, the Tomball Memorial High School Band Booster Club, and multiple PTOs committees. Her work reflects her long-standing commitment to empowering families, supporting education, and strengthening her community.
