About Me

“Real estate is in my blood as well as in my heart,” says Vicky, who used her sales background to launch her real estate career over two decades ago. Mentored by both of her parents, Ventura County real estate investors and sales marketers, Vicky quickly rose to the top with insight and understanding for the Ventura County homebuyer. Vicky knows how to integrate traditional home selling and buying needs with the ever-changing and developing market of the future.

Cummings recognizes that, “I grew up witnessing the dramatic transformation of homes [remodeled] from [properties in] complete disarray to spectacular masterpieces.” From early on in her career, Vicky has been able to uncover the potential for beauty and design in each property and to envision the amazing possibilities it possesses.


Vicky focuses on a proactive marketing approach, seeking to help both sellers and buyers meet their needs. She assists sellers in gaining the most profitable closures for their homes, while also paving the way for buyers to achieve the highest levels of satisfaction in finding their ideal homes at the best price in today’s market. Vicky will stop at nothing to land astounding deals for both sellers and buyers.

But that’s not all! Vicky’s experience with property management, marketing, staging, and evictions had given her powerful background and insight to share with customers in making quality decisions. As a result of her expertise, she has been honored with numerous top production awards, including being Rookie of the Year as a newbie at the start of her real estate career.

Not only is Vicky an agent, but she also desires improvement for Ventura County as a whole. Actively involved in the community, she also works to aid the homeless in an effort to clean up our streets. She recalls as a child, “ I always had compassion for the people I’d see on the streets …how great it would be [for everyone] to have a big house [to] consider home.” This desire has continued to inspire Vicky to help families find more affordable dream homes. In the process, she takes great pride in developing strong relationships with her clients. Being relationship focused led her to become a part of Project Understanding,a local organization providing relief and resources to families in need, where Vicky served on the Board of Directors for five years. This organization has spent over 40 years providing hope by developing and directing resources to transform lives and communities through justice and compassion.


Homeowners and buyers can feel comfort and safety knowing that Vicky Cummings values integrity and transparency. She prioritizes her faith and is an active member of her faith community at Santa Clara Church in Oxnard. Additionally, Vicky served on the Board of Directors with Ventura County Coastal Association of REALTORS (2022-2024). Previously, she served as a District Vice President of Women’s Council of Realtors California (2021-2022), and also was Network President in Ventura County for 2020 and President Elect in 2019.
