HOW TO RESERVE A ROOM AT THE WESTIN WASHINGTON, DC DOWNTOWN

To reserve a room in the Women’s Council block at the Westin Washington, DC Downtown you MUST…

  1. Pay the “Women’s Council Midyear Meeting” registration fee
  2. Mark “Women’s Council” as your primary affiliation.

Voting Delegates: As a reminder, if you are eligible to vote, you must be a current, paid, REALTOR® member registered for the Women’s Council conference with corresponding fees paid, as per Article X, Section 4 of the National Bylaws. See National Bylaws for voting eligibility. All voting delegates must have registered for the Women’s Council conference by May 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CST in order to be eligible to vote. 2025 Local Network Presidents, National Governing Board*, and certified members-at-large will check-in for the election and must be physically present to vote.

*National Governing Board members consist of the current National Leadership team, Past National Presidents who remain REALTORS®, 2025 National Liaisons, 2025 Executive Committee members, 2025 State Presidents, and 2025 State Liaisons.

Communication Notice: All voter information, including links for voting day, will be sent to the email address associated with your wcr.org login. The deadline to update your email is May 22, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. CST 


Conference Policies

Email Policy: By registering for a Women’s Council event, you are giving us permission to email you.

Registration Cancellation Policy: Submit a written request for a refund no later than May 16th to NARLegislative@maritz.com.  A processing fee of $25 will be deducted on all refunds. No refund will be given after this date. Note: if the cancellation is for health reasons, you must submit a doctor’s note directly to the Council, events@wcr.org

A: This is formerly known as your NRDS number. You will need to look up your M1 number to register.

Q: Where will the Women’s Council Midyear Meeting events be held?
A: All Women’s Council events will be held at the Westin Washington DC Downtown

Q: I am the voting delegate for our network and I am not able to attend the Elections. What form do I need to complete for an alternate to vote in my place?
