Conference Registration
Registration Fee: $595
- Registration opens on June 1 and will close on July 24.
- The event is for 2027 Local and State Presidents, State Liaisons, and National Liaisons. No observers
This fee covers all learning sessions, 2 breakfasts, and 1 lunch. Your additional costs will be transportation, hotel accommodations, airfare, and dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.
Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancel before July 24 for a full refund, events@wcr.org. No refund will be given after this date.
Email policy: By registering for a Women’s Council event, you are giving us permission to email you.

Discounted Room Rate:
$249 single/double
The Discounted Room Block will open on June 1.
Reservation Deadline: Book your room before July 24th to take advantage of the discounted group rate. We anticipate the room block will sell out so we recommend you book your room early. When booking your room, you will need to add your credit card to guarantee your reservation.
Hotel Changes/Cancellations: If you have an existing reservation at the Sheraton that needs to be changed or canceled, this can be handled through your emailed hotel confirmation or by calling the hotel directly (312-464-1000). There is a 72 hour cancellation policy in place for all reservations. Failure to cancel a reservation 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a one night non-refundable guest room charge plus applicable taxes posted to the attendee’s credit card on file.

Before arriving at Conference, please complete the Local Network Assessment and Local Network Business Plan.
All Attendees:
For the Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, wear something that reflects your connection to Women’s Council or the leader you are becoming. We also invite you to bring a small item (no larger than 4” x 6”) that represents your journey, leadership, or connection to Women’s Council to add to our inspiration wall.

Flight & Airport Transportation
Review the conference schedule to find the correct arrival and departure dates and times for you. Be sure to book a flight that departs after the last session ends on Friday, no earlier than 2:30pm.
Both Midway (MDW) and O’Hare (ORD) airports are great options. Each is about the same distance from the Sheraton, so feel free to choose the one with the best flight options for you.
Airport Transportation to/from the Sheraton
Getting to the Sheraton is easy from either airport. You’ll find plenty of taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts available at both locations. Additionally, public transit (CTA trains) offers convenient service from both airports into the city.
