Registration Cancellation Policy: Cancel before July 18 for a full refund, events@wcr.org. No refund will be given after this date.
Email policy: By registering for a Women’s Council event, you are giving us permission to email you.

Hotel Changes/cancellations: If you have an existing reservation at the Sheraton that needs to be changed or canceled, this can be handled through your emailed hotel confirmation or by calling the hotel directly (312-464-1000). There is a 72 hour cancellation policy in place for all reservations. Failure to cancel a reservation 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a one night non-refundable guest room charge plus applicable taxes posted to the attendee’s credit card on file.

Pre-Conference Assignments
Your 2026 National Leadership Team is inviting YOU to kick off Network 360 with energy, purpose, and personality. This is our collective moment to own our power, elevate our networks, and ignite the leadership movement that will carry us through 2026 and beyond.
IMPORTANT: These assignments must be completed by 2026 Local Network Presidents together with their 2026 State President and State Liaison—or collaboratively as a state team if one or both roles are not in place—and brought to Chicago for our Welcome Reception on Wednesday, August 6 from 4:30–6:00 p.m.

How to Book Your Flight
BOOKING A FLIGHT
Both Midway (MDW) and O’Hare (ORD) airports are great options. Each is about the same distance from the Sheraton, so feel free to choose the one with the best flight options for you. Be sure to book a flight that departs after the last session ends on Friday, no earlier than 2:30pm.
Airport Transportation to/from the Sheraton
Getting to the Sheraton is easy from either airport. You’ll find plenty of taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts available at both locations. Additionally, public transit (CTA trains) offers convenient service from both airports into the city.
