After many years of medical practice management and state trade association management in Texas, Kim started her real estate career in 2014 as the Manager of the REO Department at Beal Century 21 in College Station, Texas in a down market. In 2016 she and her husband moved to the beautiful resort town of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho where she became an agent at a boutique real estate office and got involved with Women's Council of REALTORS® North Idaho. In 2018 she moved to the Treasure Valley, where she joined Silvercreek Realty Group as a result of connections she had made through the Council. Kim got her broker license in July 2019 and was offered the position of Managing Associate Broker at the largest brokerage in Idaho, with 1900+ agents. In January 2021 she formed a team that is now at Fathom Realty, where she also serves as a Mentor for new agents.
Kim holds five real estate designations and certifications that include AHWD, C2EX, GRI, PMN, and SFR. She is a firm believer that continued professional growth helps her provide better service to her clients and the team she supports. Exceptional leadership skills education is also the reason she is passionate about Women’s Council of REALTORS®,
Kim’s current leadership roles in the industry include Women's Council of REALTORS® 2023 National Liaison, 2023 National Executive Committee, 2023 Campaign Credentialing Review Committee, Women's Council State Liaison 2022, Women's Council Budget and Finance Committee 2022, Women’s Council of REALTORS® Leadership Identification and Development Chair 2022, Women’s Council of REALTORS® Idaho State President 2021, Women's Council Budget and Finance Committee 2021, Women's Council National Bylaws Committee 2021, National Leadership Institute 2020, Women’s Council Budget and Finance Committee 2020, Women’s Council Region 8 Financial Oversight Person 2020, and Women’s Council Idaho State President-Elect 2020. She has also served as the Women’s Council Idaho State Treasurer 2019, Women’s Council Treasurer for the North Idaho Network 2018, and various local MLS committee positions. She is also a major investor and Presidents Circle member in RPAC.
She believes that since she has been given much, it is important to serve others in her community and has served in various capacities with the Southwest Idaho Business Alliance, Star Lions Club Coeur d’Alene Chamber of Commerce Leadership CdA, Village at Orchard Ridge and various HOA, PTO, and church boards.
