Dear Members of the Women’s Council of Realtors Monterey Peninsula,

As we welcome 2026, I am both honored and inspired to serve as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Monterey Network. This year, our focus is clear: to create leaders, foster unity, and serve with excellence — not just within our industry, but throughout our community.

The Women’s Council has always been a place where leadership is cultivated and collaboration thrives. In 2026, we will continue to build upon that foundation by empowering both women and men to rise as leaders — professionals who lead with integrity, vision, and compassion. Leadership is not a title; it’s a calling to serve others and to uplift those around us.

Our second goal is growth through unity. We will expand our membership by strengthening our connections — welcoming new members, rekindling relationships with past ones, and partnering with those who share our values. Together, we form a network of strength, resilience, and support that extends far beyond real estate.

Lastly, we will reaffirm our commitment to serving our community through excellence. The Monterey Network will continue to engage in meaningful projects and partnerships that make a lasting impact. Our mission is not only to excel professionally, but to ensure our collective success benefits the community we love and serve.
