WHEN WOMEN LEAD, COMMUNITES SHINE

As I step into my role as 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Placer County, I do so with deep gratitude and a clear sense of purpose.

This year, our focus is simple and intentional: to strengthen the pillars that make this organization exceptional—Leadership, Education, Networking, and Community Impact. These pillars are not just principles; they are how we show up, grow, and lead together.

The Women’s Council exists because leadership matters—and because women lead differently. Here, leadership is cultivated, not assumed. It is learned through experience, strengthened through mentorship, and community. When women are supported in leadership, confidence follows—and so does impact.

Education remains a cornerstone of our mission. In an industry that never stands still, informed women are powerful women. We are committed to education that is relevant, practical, and grounded—education that sharpens judgment, builds resilience, and supports long-term success.

Our strength is amplified through networking and engagement. Meaningful relationships create opportunities, build trust, and foster shared success. When women invest in one another, success is no longer individual—it becomes collective-the power of the tribe.

Our referral partners are essential to this ecosystem. Through collaboration and shared values, we create opportunities that reach beyond individual businesses. When partnerships are strong, our communities benefit.

At its core, the Women’s Council is about what happens when women come together with intention. When women lead, communities shine. Businesses grow stronger. Our voices are elevated. And the impact extends far beyond ourselves.

I am honored to serve alongside you in this work. Together, we will continue to lead with purpose, strengthen our pillars, and rise—together.

With gratitude,

Rachel Wesp
