My mission this year is simple, but powerful.

To create a welcoming, safe, and supportive space where every individual feels confident to connect, learn, and grow both personally and professionally.

In an industry where there is more than enough opportunity for everyone to succeed, this council will be a place free of judgment, free of competition, and free of cliques. Instead, we will be rooted in collaboration, encouragement, and shared success.

Because when one of us rises, we all rise.

This year, Women’s Council will be a place where:

Your goals are supported
And your wins are celebrated, loudly.

Through thoughtful education, meaningful conversations, and experiences that support business growth, mental well-being, and work life balance, we will empower our members to elevate not just their careers but their lives.

We are building something intentional this year.

My goal is to bring our membership up to 100 + members who are excited to show up, eager to learn, committed to supporting one another, and courageous enough to grow, together.
