Dear Women’s Council of REALTORS® Volusia Area,
I am truly honored and grateful to step into the role of 2026 President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Volusia Area. This is a responsibility I don’t take lightly, and I’m humbled by the trust you’ve placed in me to help lead our network into a new year of opportunity and growth.
One thing I’ve learned in both life and real estate is this: leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room—it’s about being steady, showing up, and helping other people rise. That’s exactly what I want this year to be about. Not “me,” but “we.” A network where every member feels like they belong, where relationships are real, and where we build each other up with purpose and intention.
My heart for Women’s Council is simple: I want our members to feel seen, supported, and stronger because they’re connected here. I want our events to bring value you can actually use, our education to sharpen your skills, our networking to lead to real friendships and business opportunities, and our referral culture to grow beyond our local area into something powerful and lasting.
As we move into 2026, I’m committed to continuing the foundation that makes Women’s Council so special—our four pillars:
Education. Networking. Referrals. Leadership Development.
These aren’t just words to me. They’re a roadmap. And my goal is to make sure everything we do this year ties back to those pillars in a way that is practical, encouraging, and meaningful.
I also want you to know this: I’m a big believer in doing what we say we’re going to do. Consistency matters. Integrity matters. And people deserve leaders they can count on. That’s the kind of leadership I’m bringing into this year—one that’s focused on progress, communication, follow-through, and creating an experience that feels welcoming whether you’ve been here for years or you’re brand new.
My personal hope for 2026 is that Women’s Council Volusia becomes known as the network where people come to grow—not just in business, but in confidence. A place where new members feel comfortable walking in the room, and where experienced leaders feel inspired to keep leveling up. A place where collaboration wins every time, and where we truly turn possibility into progress.
Thank you for allowing me to serve you this year. I’m excited for what we’re building together, and I can’t wait to see what happens when we lean into our theme:
