I am incredibly honored and humbled to accept the role of 2025 Local President for the Women’s Council of Realtors Volusia Area. Stepping into this position, I’m reminded of the words of Brené Brown: “A leader is someone who holds themselves accountable for finding potential in people and processes.” This resonates deeply because that’s what we’re here to do—seek out and elevate the potential within each other and within this remarkable organization.

This year is not about me; it’s about us. Stronger Together is more than a theme for 2025—it’s a commitment to unity and shared purpose. I stand here not to lead alone, but to support and uplift our exceptional Board and our entire membership. Each person joining us on the Board brings a wealth of kindness, dedication, and expertise, and they embody what it truly means to lead within this industry. It’s their talents and commitment that make our collective vision possible, and I am here to serve and support them in every way.

The Women’s Council of Realtors is built on a powerful mission: to advance women as professionals and leaders in business, industry, and communities. This mission is a beacon for us in the year ahead. With an unwavering commitment to support each other’s growth, we will create a community where every member feels valued, encouraged, and empowered.

For me, faith and family are the foundation that supports every step I take. I bring that same foundation to this role, knowing that when we take care of each other, we are best able to serve our broader community. This year, I am here to ensure that our Board, our committees, and our network are well-supported so that each of you can do what you do best.
