I’m delighted to welcome you into our dynamic, supportive, and inspiring community. Under the leadership of our current State President, Sher Heard, we continue to cultivate a culture where every member is embraced with open arms, encouraged to grow, and empowered to shine.

The Women’s Council of REALTORS® is truly special. Here, we set ego and competition aside and focus on collaboration, connection, and lifting one another up. This year, our theme—Pearls, Power & Possibilities—reflects exactly who we are. Like pearls, we are shaped by experience and strengthened through resilience. Through our power, we uplift our profession and each other. And together, we open the door to new possibilities.

We are also guided by the message of our National President, Cheryl Keller, whose motto—The Power in You: Encourage, Inspire, Lead—aligns beautifully with the heart of our Contra Costa network. Her words remind us that leadership begins within, and when we tap into our power, we create a ripple effect that elevates our entire community.

This year, we’ll continue offering meaningful opportunities to connect through interactive workshops, engaging events, and educational experiences designed to help you thrive—professionally and personally. And yes, we’ll have fun along the way.
