Letter from the President:

“Built to Shine” reminds us that every woman carries a light within her — a spark of potential, purpose, and power waiting to illuminate the world around her. In real estate and in leadership, we face challenges that test our strength and resilience, but those very challenges are what polish our brilliance. We are not just here to do business; we are here to inspire, to lead, and to empower one another to step boldly into our light.

As a network, Foothills West has always been a place where women can come as they are — without judgment, without competition, but with open arms and shared ambition. It’s where confidence is built, leadership is encouraged, and every voice matters. Together, we lift each other higher, celebrate each other’s wins, and remind one another that no dream is too big. This is more than a council; it’s a sisterhood that believes in the power of connection and the beauty of growth.

On a personal note, I’ve experienced firsthand how this network can change lives. The encouragement, mentorship, and support I’ve received from this community gave me the push I didn’t even know I needed — the push to lead, to believe in myself, and to shine. My hope for this year is that every member finds her own light, embraces her strength, and realizes that she too is Built to Shine.
