Bylaws Update: Recommended Changes for 2025
All members were sent the recommended Bylaws changes yesterday for the upcoming Governing Board Meeting in Houston on November 16. Please review the proposed updates if you haven’t yet had a chance.

There are three different ways you can add tickets to your existing registration…
- Go to your conference registration confirmation email. Within the email, you will see the option to “Click here to access your registration.” After you click the link, you will see the option to “Add/Update Ticketed Events.”
- Click Here to access the conference registration site. Under “Edit Existing Registration,” add your email address and registrant ID to find your registration. You will then see an option to “Add/Update Ticketed Events.”

- All 2026 officers must have their 2026 membership fees paid by December 31, 2025. Please note that if fees are not paid by this deadline, membership will not be in good standing and the officer will be ineligible to serve in their leadership position.
