We also highly encourage an updated profile picture. Keeping your membership profile up to date ensures better communication, easier registration for future events, and accuracy in the “Find a Member ” feature on wcr.org.

Helping Hands Month – March 2026

In March 2026, we’re expanding our Helping Hands initiative into a full month of impact—allowing you and your network to get involved and plan a meaningful community service project right in your local area. If you need inspiration to begin planning your service project, please review our latest REconnect article.

Updated Consent to Serve

Our Consent to Serve has been updated for 2026 and is now available on wcr.org in the Network Glossary under the Governance section. This is a required form for all network leadership team members and must be completed and signed by anyone serving in a leadership role. In addition, all credentialed candidates are required to sign the Consent to Serve when submitting an application to run for an officer position. Please be sure your entire leadership team has reviewed and completed this form to ensure compliance for 2026.

In this virtual session, Lori Muller and Taffy Mauer will explore what it truly means to lead with a Members First mindset – shifting from ‘me’ to ‘we’ to create meaningful impact across your network. You’ll learn to deliver tangible value that drives loyalty and engagement, strengthen emotional intelligence to better understand and connect with members, and communicate in ways that build trust, inclusion, and collaboration. The session will also dive into practical conflict resolution strategies that protect and enhance the member experience.
