Tips for a Smooth Registration

When registering for the conference, be sure to mark “WCR” as your primary affiliation. Women’s Council receives a portion of each registration marked “WCR” which helps to cover costs and gives you access to the Women’s Council hotel room block. You will be given two registration options.
Choose the “Women’s Council Only” registration if you’re NOT planning to attend NAR programming, want to support the Council and save.

Early Bird Rate Through 9/30: $25

Regular Rate 10/1 – 11/12: $30

Free event access is available to members who pay PMN designee and candidate annual fees & are registered for the conference as either WCR Only or Premier Access. Be sure to stop by the Women’s Council registration desk to pick up your free ticket.
Guest tickets are available for purchase for non-PMN designees and candidates.

Ticket sales will close on October 30 @ 11:59pm. No tickets will be sold after this date.
Seating will be assigned on a best-available basis. If you wish to sit with a particular person(s), one person MUST purchase all tickets in one order. Individual seating requests will not be accepted due to the large attendance.
Tickets will be held under the person’s name who purchased the ticket(s). For large group orders, the tickets will be under the name of the one person who purchased for the whole group. That person is responsible for picking up and distributing their group’s tickets. (Women’s Council will not a keep a master list of group ticket names.)
Tickets can be picked up at the Women’s Council registration desk or at Will Call the night of the event.
Please contact Women’s Council at events@wcr.org if you have special dietary needs before October 25. Vegetarian meals will be available upon request the night of the event.
