Dear Members,

I am deeply honored to serve as your President for 2026. This year marks an exciting chapter for our council, and I want to thank each of you for the trust and support you’ve placed in me. Together, we will embrace a powerful theme: “Leading with Purpose” and leave a foundation for guiding principles that will shape every connection, event, and effort throughout the year.

This theme reflects our collective commitment to unity, collaboration, and shared success as we work to elevate one another and strengthen our network. While honoring the foundations laid by those who came before us, we will also empower the next generation of leaders to stand on the shoulders of pioneers who helped pave this path.

Our focus for 2026 centers on three vital pillars: Education, Impact, and Growth.

Education 

Knowledge is the key to empowerment. This year, we are dedicated to expanding educational opportunities for all members offering workshops, mentorships, and training that will sharpen our skills and keep us ahead in an ever-evolving industry. By investing in learning, we equip ourselves to lead confidently and innovate boldly.

Impact 

Our commitment extends beyond business; it reaches into the heart of our communities. We will continue to champion causes that matter, engage in meaningful service, and leverage our collective influence to make a positive, lasting difference where we live and work. Together, we are not only Realtors but stewards of the communities we serve.

Growth 

Personal and professional growth go hand in hand. This year, we will focus on creating new opportunities that inspire each member to reach their fullest potential. Whether by embracing new technologies, fostering strong connections, or breaking new ground in leadership, we will grow stronger together building a legacy that lasts.

Business Leadership Training

As a proud affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, Women’s Council has been integral in developing local, state and national leaders who serve on various prestigious positions contributing to the real estate industry, their communities and beyond. The REALTOR® organization taps Women’s Council members for leadership positions, where they are represented in record numbers. In community and business, over 65% of members report being leaders. Opportunities exist to volunteer and develop leadership skills at all levels of the organization, enhancing your professional reputation and further honing skills that make involvement an integral part of developing personal and professional leadership. Over 10% of our members hold some type of leadership position in the organization, and getting involved maximizes your Women’s Council experience and opens up doors in your business and real estate.
