I am truly honored to serve as your 2026 President of the Greater Baltimore Network of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®. As we embark on this new chapter together, I am filled with excitement, gratitude, and a renewed sense of purpose for what lies ahead.
This year’s National theme, “The Power of You,” reminds us that our greatest strength as a network comes from the unique energy, passion, and leadership that each of you brings. Every idea shared, every connection made, and every challenge met with courage fuels the collective power of our network and the communities we serve.
Building on the strong foundation laid by our past presidents, including the visionary leaders who came before me, our focus this year will be on connection, collaboration, and confidence. We will continue creating opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and meaningful engagement while expanding our impact within Greater Baltimore and beyond.
Together, we will champion excellence in real estate, empower one another to lead boldly, and celebrate the diversity and resilience that define who we are. Women’s Council of REALTORS are highly successful, professional REALTORS who earn more than two times the average REALTOR, are generally in business 25% longer than the average REALTOR, generate an average of 50% of real estate business from referrals and have a ‘referral mindset’. REALTORS join Women’s Council to build productive professional relationships, build and access a network of professional expertise they can leverage for their clients and to continue to grow personally and professionally as top business leaders.
Our Greater Baltimore Network is proud to introduce our 2026 Strategic Partner Program. We believe that by building a strong base of REALTOR members and incorporating well respected Strategic Partners, all members of WCR will have access to a broader base of successful professionals in the industry at business resource meetings and events.
